SFC Foundation
Mission: To provide funding for primary and secondary health care for the members of Stafford Family Care who are indigent/unable to pay for health care, as well as provide equipment and building space for Stafford Family Care and other like-minded health care entities.

SFC Foundation Credo
Health care is evolving and becoming increasingly out of reach financially for the average person. Whether through divorce, loss of a loved one who provided the health insurance, or any number of tragedies a person may find him/herself in need of health care without the ability to pay for said health care. SFC Foundation has evolved as an entity standing in the gap that brings people together to promote and supplement cost-effective healthcare for those in need. We pay special attention to members of Stafford Family Care and the funds follow the patient, or the providers who care for the patient.

Therefore, we the volunteers and professionals of SFC Foundation, subscribe to these fundamental truths as a guide for our Foundation's purpose:

At SFC Foundation, we believe in a community where health care is accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial circumstances. Our mission is to provide support for affordable health care by providing critical funding for medical care and services, equipment, facilities, and community health programs which will empower those most in need to receive/offer care.
